Huron Technologies, Inc. has launched Release Coating 7972 for high resiliency flexible foam applications.

Applications for Release Coating 7972 include automotive headrests, armrests, and other typical flexible foam applications.

Release Coating 7972 is a solvent-based release agent that delivers effective evaporation in moulding conditions with short process times before foam pour, due to a special blend of hydrocarbon naphtha.

The product is available in 5 gallon containers and 55 gallon drums. Benefits of the new release agent include:

  • Good surface appearance – cutting scrap and increasing profitability
  • Exceptional release – requiring less time in demoulding operations, enhancing staff efficiency
