Next generation strengthens PTS

In June 2010, Gerwin Greiner, a member of the founding family and General Manager of the companies PTS-Compound GmbH and CPP Creative-Polymers GmbH and authorised officer of the PTS Marketing & Vertriebs GmbH, has acquired a 20 % share in all three companies.

Furthermore, Pia Seifried, the daughter of the company founders, has taken over a 15 % share in PTS Marketing & Vertriebs GmbH from Gudrun Seifried-Stenglin.
