Frimo Group invites to the first PURe Day in Lotte
The event will start already with a “get together” on 13 November 2013. The actual PURe Day will begin with a round of presentations on the primary topics (cited below), and their practical applications will be examined in greater detail with live demonstrations in the Frimo TechCenter and production halls. The main topics of the first PURe Day at Frimo in Lotte will be:
- PURe Composites – for lightweight construction
- PURe Liner – for release agent-free foaming
- PURe Skin – for cost-effective variety with polyurethane or leather surfaces
- PURe Floor – new for seat cushion and carpet production
- PURe Mix – for multi-component metering and abrasive/corrosive materials
Moreover, the event will also focus on combined and integrated solutions as they are used for various products and their further processing, e. g. automated manufacturing lines with integrated process steps such as milling, joining, or assembly.
According to Frimo, the company is one of the market-leading full-service providers in the field of polyurethane processing. Its range of products and services includes the component- and production-based development and manufacture of a variety of moulds and tool carriers and their integration into a broad spectrum of equipment systems. The mixing and metering technology along with spraying technology, including all of the peripherals, complete the offering. For trials as well as production of samples, prototypes, and spare parts under customer contract, manpower resources and production equipment are available from the Frimo TechCenter and from Frimo BoParts, say the company. In the field of polyurethane processing Frimo says it has recently supported many pioneering developments all the way to market-readiness – on its own, under customer contract, or in collaboration with partners. This has resulted in numerous product enhancements, both with regard to its own moulds and systems, and also in connection with completely new developments and extensive test series and findings on new and innovative materials.
