Rzepka new President and CEO at A. Schulman

Bernard Rzepka, 54, was named new President and Chief Executive Officer of A. Schulman, effective from 1 January 2015. He will replace Joseph M. Gingo, 69, who served the company for seven yeas in this position and who will retire on 31 December 2014.

Gingo was nominated to continue as Chairman of the Board after his retirement. Rzepka has a long-standing career of 22 years with A. Schulman and served in a variety of global management and technology positions including Vice President and General Manager, Europe, Middle East, Africa (EMEA), head of Europe Engineered Plastics and Masterbatch business units; and as Managing Director of Germany. Since April 2013 he has been responsible as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the company.
