Toyo establishes PU seat cushion JV with TGPM in China
The JV, in which Toyo has a 60 % and TGPM a 40 % share, will operate under the name Toyo TGPM Automotive Parts Foshan Co., Ltd. and will be located in Foshan. Production start is scheduled for April 2013. The companies expect sales of JPY 1.3 billion, forecasted for 2017.
