Chemfoam will continue to market the antistatic products as the exclusive agent for Cellular Technology in the USA and Canada as well as selected territories in Europe. Cellular Technology and its European subsidiary Cellular Technology Europe, Ltd. will market the antistatic additives throughout the rest of the world via direct sales coverage and its agents in Italy, Spain, Portugal, Argentina, India, and Russia.
