Personnel changes at Dow Automotive

Steve Henderson has been appointed President of Dow Auto­motive, replacing Peter Sykes who assumed the role of President Greater China for Dow.

In addition, Sykes also served as President Japan & Korea for Dow based in Tokyo, Japan. He will relinquish this responsibility. Henderson joined Dow Automotive from General Motors (GM) in 1987. Sykes joined Dow in 1981 in London, UK. He also is a member of the Board of Directors of Sumitomo Dow Ltd.

Todd Prey, who is currently Vice President for Plastics, Fluids,and Polyurethanes within Dow Automotive, will add business leadership responsibilities for Body Structure, Energy Management and Commercial Transportation. Prey joined Dow in 2001 after working more than a decade for Union Carbide.

Bob Rogowski, who is currently Executive Director for North American OEMs, will become Vice President, North American Commercial Group, and join Prey on the company’s Automotive Leadership Team. Prior to joining Dow in 1988, Rogowski served with Borg Warner Chemicals and GM.
