CHINA: CNPC, QPI and Shell postpone plans for Taizhou pefinery & PC complex
Last year the three companies signed a heads of agreement for an USD 11.7 billion joint venture that included construction of a 20 million t/y refinery, a 1.2 million t/y ethylene plant and a berth to accommodate 300,000 t crude carriers.
