FSK elects new board for the association

For the first time, with Jens-Jürgen Härtel from Volkswagen AG and Karl Niebauer from BMW AG, two automobile manufacturers will be represented on the board of the German Specialist Association Foamed Plastics and Polyurethanes (Fachverband Schaumkunststoffe und Polyurethane e. V. – FSK).

The colleagues Härtel and Niebauer particularly represent the plastic sectors of the two automotive manufacturers in the FSK and excellently complement machine manufacturers, system houses, and processors on the FSK board”, commented the re-elected FSK Chairman of the Board Albrecht Manderscheid (Cannon Deutschland GmbH) about the two new members of the board.

(f.l.t.r.): In the first row: Jens-Jürgen Härtel, Albrecht Manderscheid, Ralf Schmidt, Dr. Peter Gansen; back row: Dr. Thomas Mack, behind him Klaus Pontius, Dr. Hans W. Schloz (FSK Managing Director), Karl Niebauer, Gerhard Hinzsch, Martin Dietrich, Dr. Alfred Link, Manfred Werner

The FSK board has thereby been extended by one board member. Dr. Michael Begemann was no longer a candidate. For Chairman Albrecht Manderscheid it was the eighth re-election. He has been Chairman of the FSK for 14 years. Also re-elected again at the FSK general meeting were Vice Chairman Klaus Pontius (Heywinkel Holding GmbH), Financial Consultant Manfred Werner (Sekisui Alveo GmbH) as well as the other members of the board Gerhard Hinzsch (Hinzsch Schaumstofftechnik GmbH& Co.KG), Dr. Thomas Mack (Rühl Puromer GmbH), Ralf Schmidt (Hübner GmbH), Dr. Peter Gansen (Otto Bock GmbH) and Dr. Alfred Link (Sonderhoff Chemicals GmbH). Martin Dietrich (Getzner Werkstoffe GmbH) and Rolf Apfeld (PDR Recycling GmbH & Co. KG) were elected as account auditors. The election of the board took place during the FSK conference in Stade.
