It is expected the size of the zone will be doubled in 2012. Following the excellent results gained from the Bio-plastics & Degradable Plastics Zone in 2011 in Guangzhou, Adsale said that it will continue to cradle this zone in the 26th edition of Chinaplas. The 4th International Conference on Bioplastics will be held concurrently with the fair.

Another highlight of the show is the return of the Korean Pavilion, supported by the Korea Petrochemical Industry Association.
In the first half of 2011, Korea has been one of the Top 10 importing countries for plastics machinery for China. Located at Hall N4 of the fairground, the pavilion can be easily accessed by going through Entrance Hall 3.
