Pathway Polymers is offering several new products to the tyre market. These products include a new high-speed sealant and several types of wheel conditioners that are available exclusively through the company.

TyrFil High-Speed Sealant is specially designed for commercial trucks travelling at highway speeds. According to Pathway Polymers, the new product offers a variety of benefits including:

Seals punctures up to ¼” in tread area
Augments balance and prevents imbalance
Prevents and eliminates rim rust and corrosion in steel and aluminium wheels
Keeps tyres running cooler
Works in temperatures to negative 25 °F

TyrFil Wheel Conditioners are available in a few varieties. The wheel conditioner offers the following benefits:

Cools tyres by 10 – 20 °F to extend tyre life
Prevents and eliminates rust and corrosion
Increases tread and tyre life
Lubricates rims for easier dismounting
Environmentally friendly

According to the company, this wheel conditioner is also available in an easy to mix concentrate: Eight 31 lb. boxes of concentrate equals one 2300 lb. tote when reconstituted and saves the cost of shipping 2000+ lbs per tote – a savings of up to 85 % in shipping costs. In addition, there is a cold weather version of this which includes the above benefits plus protects from freezing to temperatures as low as negative 35 °F.
