Reifenhäuser Extrusion will have a focus on the new REItruder generation. The focus of the large range of products is especially on cast film lines and thermoforming sheet lines. Reifenhäuser says, that the REItruder twin-screw Powerline marks a sustainable step beyond the present standards of a market that is characterised by high requirements of flexibility, production and energy efficiency in addition to a competitive price/performance ratio. The company's own modular design principle is geared to the different demands and targets of its customers. Finished products with improved stiffness properties and dimensional stability under heat can be obtained as well as a reduction of raw material costs by up to 30 % compared with the processing of pre-mixed compounds.
Reifenhäuser Kiefel Extrusion will show the Evolution 9-layer blown film line introduced at K2010. Its low-temperature barrier screw with the unique heating- and cooling zone is suitable for all polyolefins and technical polymers such as EVOH, PA, EVA, elastomers, etc.
The flexible blown film dies designed as horizontal distributors allow the processing of a wide range of different polymers and layer ratios. Further line components are the robust oscillating take-offs with collapsing units and side guides in special splitted design. Loss-free film production is ensured by an optimised width control and slitting knives.
Additional features of the line are a multi-purpose centre-, surface- and gap winder with special tension and lay-on pressure controls; intuitive smartphone-like line operating system using a 24" touch screen.
Reiloy Metall will inform about its highly wear-resistant screws and barrels.
Reimotec is a provider of monofilament systems worldwide. Here the new automatic high-speed winder, in particular, is in the centre of attention. It is designed for super-fine filaments with diameters from 0,06 mm (e.g. used in the forming section of paper machines).
The new Reimotec lines are already successfully producing in Europe and the USA.
Ulrich Reifenhäuser, managing director of Reifenhäuser Group comments: "Our focus was already on growth in the Asian region before the global economic crisis. During the crisis we used our time to set the course for comprehensive technical and geostrategical targets, and now, we will showcase the market-ready results at Chinaplas. These represent an important part of the success of the companies within the Reifenhäuser Group in the future."
