CHINA: China dropping anti-dumping measures on SBR from Japan, Korea and Russia
This past March, Mofcom invited domestic companies to file an application for an expiry review. No requests were received to extend the anti-dumping measures, which expired on 7 Sept. 2014, and Mofcom said it would not start an expiry review itself.
The duties were first imposed in 2004 and extended for five years in 2009.
