Francesco Franceschetti presents new family of compounds

Francesco Franceschetti Elastomeri announced that it will use the Fakuma as the platform to launch new families of TPE compounds for industrial and medical applications. The new products are an addition to the extended range of TPE/TPO compounds under the Marfran and Marfran.Med brand. They are suitable for diverse processing methods such as injection moulding, two-component moulding with a vaste variety of substrates, extrusion, co-extrusion, blow moulding, as liquid compound called LI.SOL.EF for dipping.

Besides Fakuma, the Italian compounding specialist based in Corte Franca will exhibit at Medtec Italy as well as at CompaMed.

Marfran E	Certificated in accordance with RAL GZ 716/1 (3.1.8) norm after 4,000 h test
Marfran E DRW ( OF + HC)	For contact with drinking water and approved according KTW norm. Injection moulding and extrusion grades available
Marfran E LF	With low fogging and good compression set. In accordance with ISO 6452 norm
Marfran E EH	Oil-free for overmoulding and co-extrusion on PE (Shore A, D available)
Marfran E CDT + CDT-P	High conductivity and surface resistivity. (Shore A, D available)
Marfran Med	For medical use. Compliant and in accordance with class USP VI and ISO 10993. Produced in ISO 13485 certified plant. (Shore A, D available)
