The Hamburg-based trading company Rolf Schlicht offers a broad portfolio of equipment, peripherals and accessories, ranging from cleaning compound to complete systems and lines.

RS Multicut Cutting machine MC-50

At its DKT stand it will be showing splicing presses from NorMec. The Combo Press 630-00-150-BR gives customers the possibility to splice with both hot vulcanising for rubber profiles and infrared splicing for plastic profiles. The PE-Press 601-04-200-BR is suitable for infrared splicing of EPDM profiles.

RS RB-600 Caterpillar

The company will further be showing a combined cutting machine type CC-600/50 V2 for the cutting of soft and semi-rigid hoses, pipes, profiles and strips. The Sagitta band granulator is a machine for granulating unvulcanised rubber compounds and thermoplastics. The machines are also used for moulding compounds like linoleum for marbling, cellulose and sponge rubber, silicone and natural rubber. Other themes will be the RSC powder coating machine, and Huestis air misers.

Rolf Schlicht also delivers the Rapid Purge cleaning compounds. Beside the well-known chemical cleaning compounds PM9240, PM5540 and IG3000 Schlicht also supplies new mechanical cleaning compounds MP1000 and MP900. All cleaning compounds of the Rapid Purge series are non-abrasive and do not contain any glass fibres. The cleaning compounds cover a temperature range of 170 °C up to 410 °C.
